In the heart of Odense, you will find/In our over 100 year old redstone villa. On the 1st floor (top floor) there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with large bathtub. In addition, there is a 50 sqm roof terrace, overlooking the beautiful Assist Cemetery. The apartment is close to very close to the city and the light rail. We are a family of five living on the ground floor. Our children are 2, 5 and 8 years old. There is access to our garden including trampoline, which we also use ourselves.

Authentic old style apartment. The apartment is separate in extension of the main house of 42 sqm. It is furnished with 2 beds, which are fixed double, sofa and TV in a room, it is possible to disassemble the beds if you wish. There is a small cozy walk-through room with a wardrobe. Sunny apartment in an charming old house situated in a protected area-2 km from castle, town, beach and forest. The house lies on a smal road with some traffic. The front garden, leading to the inlet, is across this smal road. Here you find your own private part of the garden with table and chairs and a view of the inlet. You also have table and chairs close by the house. In the new kitchen the guests make their own breakfast. The place can be booked longer term at a lower price.

In the main room you will find a full equipped kitchen, dining area,TV lounge and one queensize bed. You will have your own entrance, terrace with grill and parking area. 500 meters to lakes for both swimming and fishing. Closes village Årslev-Sdr.Nærå, where you can find supermarkets and bakery, is 5 min by car. Checkout 11pm.
