Across the hall, you have a private bathroom with spacious shower. The apartment overlooks the Water Tower. It is quiet in the area near Nyborg Vold. There is free street parking by the house.

This sublime cottage is created for you, who will experience luxury and tranquility in full harmony. The cottage was completely renovated in the summer of 2023. There are windows from floor to ceiling, so there will always be a good light. Summer evenings on the covered terrace are a must. The cottage contains exclusive furniture from Svane Køkkenet.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

The annex is an extension of our house, and some days we will be home. Take the whole family to this newly renovated house with plenty of space! The house was originally built for a mill link from Sulkendrup Mølle, which is a 3 minute walk from the house. The home includes a large living room, a large well-equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms.
