When choosing the furniture and beds, we made sure to select high-quality products. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and roller shutters, and can be accessed via a staircase.

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

The 4-hectare courtyard is idyllically located in the middle of the vineyards and is accessible on two sides at ground level. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the yard. Our lovingly furnished bright apartment, is about 40 square meters in size, has its own entrance and is located in the heart of Rheinhessen between Mainz and Alzey (each 15 min). Equipped with a new kitchen a bedroom with cozy 1.60 double bed and a TV. A bright daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Shower gel, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are available free of charge.

In the middle of Rheinhessen you will find our charming guest room (double or single room) with couch, armchair, large wardrobe. The adjoining hallway can also be used as a workplace.
