We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed. Another option is available on the sofa bed in the living area. Whether for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or peace seekers. An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic vacation home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the swimming area. There is a boathouse with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.
