This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Berlin Mitte with a View

Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

A quiet and harmonious little haven located in the hip Helmholtz kiez in Prenzlauerberg. With two balconies, high ceilings and original wooden flooring, modern kitchen, tasteful decor and all the modern conveniences you could need, it's a perfect little oasis and contrast to the buzz of ample restaurants, cafes and markets it's surrounded by. Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof are a short tram ride away. Kollwitzkiez, Mauerpark (and markets) are within walking distance.

Duplex apartment with a wide range of 53 m2 with a balcony. Upstairs, a bedroom with a new double bed . Downstairs, there is a dining room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. In the kitchen area, there is a fridge, kettle, induction stove, oven and necessary tableware. Bathroom with shower cabin. Very quiet neighborhood. 6 km to the center. 10 to the tram You can come with a small child, but we do not have a separate crib. Washing machine on a hotel basis.

Cosy Berlin apt close to KaDeWe

Beautiful family home right in the heart of Berlin close to famous KaDeWe and to wonderful Viktoria-Luise-Platz and its fountain. Good connection to all the other great hot spots in Berlin (U-Bahnhof Wittenbergplatz) and supermarkets close by (the closest smaller one is just 5 min. by foot away). There is a kids bedroom with two beds as well. Families welcome but also couples without kids can enjoy our apartment. Happy to give you some Berlin insider tipps!

Welcome to our holiday apartment in a peaceful location at the forest. The apartment is situated on our private property in a separate annex with its own entrance. It offers comfort and modern design with a cozy living and sleeping area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. You are welcome to use the terrace, which is open to the courtyard, at any time. Charming cottage with a view by the authentic 18 century Dutch Windmill. Large patio with furniture, amazing view from the patio overlooking vast area, countryside, fields and meadows. Baltic Sea with a lighthouse on the horizon.
