This unique place has a style all its own. The modern, ground-level apartment equipped with all comforts is located in the southwest wing in a detached house in the country house style. There is comfortable space for 4 guests in a double bed and on a double sofa bed. The terrace with garden area invites you to sunbathe, chill and barbecue at any time. Our guests enjoy pure nature right on the Jakobsweg with wonderful cultural landscape, huge forest area and great mountain panorama.

Our place is within minutes of beautiful Lakes (swimming in clear water), Highline 179 the world's longest suspension bridge, Neuschwanstein Castle of King Ludwig II of Bavari, the remains (ruins) of castle Ehrenberg, Skiing –region, Nature Park Lechtal, mountainbiking, paragliding, mountain climbing, alp hiking, hiking trails. You will love it because of: quiet neighborhood, 1.2 Meter size bed, outside space, parking, light and cleanliness. It fits perfect for singles.

Nice place right in the center with terrace

The apartment is located in the middle of Telfs right next to the church (for those who have been to Telfs before), one street further you will find the new meeting zone of Telfs. There you will find restaurants, clothing shops, tobacco shops etc. At the end of the meeting zone is the shopping centre '‘ Intalcenter ‘‘ and directly behind it the newly built swimming pool (with sauna relaxation etc.). The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything you need :).

Quiet, sunny apartment 10 km to Innsbruck

Enjoy the tranquility in a village not far from Innsbruck and the many sights of Innsbruck, Hall, Wattens and Schwaz. Whether cultural, hiking in the mountains or skiing in winter. We, Elisabeth and Christian, with our dog Diego live next door and are available for questions and requests. With Wi-Fi, it is also possible to quickly check the email post on the terrace or even work from home with a direct view of the mountains such as Glungezer or the Karwendel.

Fine apartment in Tyrol for 2-4 people

If you stay at this centrally located home, your family has all the important points of contact nearby. City tax is payable in cash on site: 3 euros/night/guest. Telfs with shopping center, restaurants, doctor's house and pharmacy. State capital Innsbruck with culture, gastronomy and shopping center. Wonderful scenery for hiking, biking and relaxing. Mountains, lakes, recreation rooms and wellness right outside the front door;-)
