Luxurious newly renovated barn conversion, few min walk (or 1 bus stop) from the main lifts. 206sq.m on 3 floors, with 4 generous bedrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms, private Spa (Sauna/Steam and Massage Room). The upper floor has a stunning Living Room /open Loft with wood fireplace, TV area, dining area and separate kitchen. Private ski room with boots warmer, Laundry corner, and a shared outside lounge with barbecue. Daily Breakfast, Pizza Nights or Gourmet Nights can be booked anytime.

Kaiserlounge Harald Astner Ebbs

Enjoy beautiful days in the Kaiserhaus with garden & wonderful views of the mountains. A 200-year-old wooden house was demolished nearby and rebuilt next to my house. The new (old) wooden house was restored very ecologically and to the latest standards. The Kaiser lounge was almost only lined with old & new wood - you can still see the old craftsmanship. Nevertheless, modern features such as a projector and Alexa voice control are also installed. Parking is available.
