We loved this condo at first site. The view is unbelievable, and it's been recently upgraded and renovated. Walk down the condo stairs and follow a sandy 5 min walk to the ocean. Condo has an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean. This condo offers private condo beach access, two great pools and (1 ) free covered parking spaces. We would argue we offer the best ocean view on the island. This condo is on the third floor and no elevator. There are 46 steps however the view is amazing!

This also means it is quiet with lots of nature nearby including deer on the beach.

This is a top floor condo so no one is above you.
