The apartment is part of an 1896 Victorian Duplex. Guests will have the lower apartment space. The space sleeps four. 1 bedroom and a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. Very spacious, kitchen, walk in closet, Newly renovated amazing bathroom made of handmade tile by Airbnb host, W/D, lg yard, wonderful back porch, great books selection, Adobe Oven, WiFi, and lots of free off street parking. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
