Your Own Private Spacious Nest

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
