Quiet location - and yet in the middle of the old town!

Comfortable 60 square meters, right in the middle of Tübingen's old town, and yet very quiet location, with wonderfully sunny free window front to the southeast - you cannot live more individually in Tübingen! Here, on the second floor of one of the oldest houses in Tübingen from the 14th century, there is an elaborately renovated and furnished apartment, 60 square meters, for up to four people. Everything for a successful stay in Tübingen, including a parking space in the nearby parking garage.

Beautiful small apartment, well equipped

The cozy 31 m² apartment is located on the west side of Tübingen & yet quite central. The bed is a 160cm wide, foldable sofa bed. There is a small kitchenette, as well as a little dining area and a bathroom with a shower. A generally used washing machine & dryer is available. Nice and quite large balcony with a beautiful view comes with the apartment. The basic kitchen utensils are available for use. Sheets, towels, hair dryer, as well as shampoo & shower gel to get round the first days supplied

Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. The basement apartment is a high-quality, bright and cozily furnished 1-room apartment with 36 square meters, a spacious bathroom and a new, fully equipped fitted kitchen. Since the basement rooms of the apartments and the heating are behind the apartment, the hallway cannot and must not be locked.

Hey dear guests, the apartment is newly renovated and is very centrally located in Tübingen. The train station is within 5 minutes walking distance and the city is also in five Walking distance. A bus stop is located in in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. Nevertheless, the surroundings are quite quiet, and you can be well retired. The house is inmidst of green - near the river Neckar, you can have a walk there. The old center of Tübingen or the main station is only 12 minutes by foot or you can go easily with the bus. It is a quiet place, you rest on the terrace or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. It is newly renovated and you can discover many things from the 50ties or 60ties in a modern surrounding.
