Die 33 qm große Wohnung befindet sich als Teil eines charmanten Holzhauses und überzeugt durch durchdachten Komfort, clevere Raumlösungen und eine wohnliche Atmosphäre. Raumaufteilung & Ausstattung Die Wohnung verfügt über 1,5 Zimmer und bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Die separate Küche und das Bad sind ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Located on the edge of the "Schönbuch Nature Park". It is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides. Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Welcome to the Bodelshäusle

Experience special moments while playing in your own garden or relaxing by the cozy fireplace in this family-friendly accommodation "Bodelshäusle," which was renovated in 2022. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare all meals, but the fireplace in the garden can also be used as a grill. Several supermarkets, bakeries and outlets are within walking distance. In a few minutes you are in the Black Forest, on the Swabian Alps or Hohenzollern Castle.

Sauna, animals and nature in the "Lerchennest"

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of the rustic half-timbered house built in 1890. The small town of Aach is only 5 minutes by car from the spa town of Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base to discover the Black Forest. But there is also a lot to explore around the Lerchennest: the natural garden, a fireplace for grilling, a sauna to relax, feeding goats or hiking together, cuddly cats and all sorts of things.
