Located on the corner of Post & Marr streets; 2 blocks walking distance from Bullocks grocery store, shops, restaurants and the TorC Brewery on Broadway, it is perfectly located to explore TorC. This 1928 stucco 2 bedroom house has a kitchen with breakfast nook, basement laundry and a walled private backyard with 2 cowboy tubs (single & group). The mineral water comes out of the ground naturally at 102 degrees for your soaking pleasure .

A spacious living area features a light-colored sectional sofa with navy pillows, set on a patterned rug. Decorative wall hangings add interest, and a ceiling fan enhances airflow. The open layout connects to the dining and kitchen areas, providing a seamless flow throughout the home.

The housing decor is a blend of mid century modern with a southwestern flare. Minimal, fresh and clean. There are 4 beds, 2 King and 2 queen. Varying firmness/plush levels to accommodate preferences. There is a fabulous propane fireplace and relaxing patio! The house is on the bluffs and you can see the beautiful distant shoreline. The area is exceptionally quiet, offering the most beautiful sunsets you'll ever experience. This enchanting escape is perfect for couples, groups, and families.
