This 270 square foot tiny house is very comfortable, and although it is similar to a studio, it is set up with a full size kitchen and bathroom, as well as a full size bed on the main floor, so you can feel at home. This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. One of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town.
