Quiet and private perch above the city, but only 2 minutes to Main St. This charming 1907 home has a fantastic deck right off the living room with great views of the city and Simpson's rest with the iconic Trinidad sign. The deck has comfortable seating and a picnic table. Comfortable and artsy home with places to sit and relax and a dining room table that works great for a work space. Kitchen has pots, pans and utensils for cooking. There is a drip coffee machine, a Keurig, and a French Press.

This charming home is just a short walk to everything! It is 2 blocks off of Main Street in the original townsite, on the original brick streets, a stone’s throw from restaurants, shopping, & galleries. This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeps 6. You will have the entire house to yourself. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome! The inside of the home is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside.
