Nybyggt hus i Vik, med plats för 5 personer. Underbara utsikter från balkong och de två uteplatserna. Allrum med kök, rymlig hall, kaklat badrum, övervåning med allrum och sovrum. Nära Stenshuvuds nationalpark, Mandelmanns trädgårdar och två fantastiska golfbanor. En minuts promenad till strand och hamn men även till busshållplats med bra kommunikationer till Simrishamn och Kristianstad. Ett underbart ställe för dem som önskar lata dagar men även för den som vill få underbara naturupplevelser.

Köket är fullt utrustat med diskmaskin, kyl, frys, spis och micro och i badrummet finns förutom toalett och handfat även ett badkar. Med cykel eller till fots når ni Sveriges vackraste strand i Knäbäckshusen på 10 minuter och i byn finns Franskans crêperie och Mandelmans trädgårdar. Sängarna finns på ett sovloft som nås via trappa.

Zwei liebevoll eingerichtete Häuser auf einem 2500 qm großem Naturgrundstück mit typischen Birken und Kiefern in bester und ruhiger Lage in einer sehr schönen Villengegend mit teils alten Sommerhäusern. Das große sichtgeschützte Grundstück befindet sich an einem Privatweg der zum Strand führt und dort endet und nur von den Anliegern genutzt wird und daher kaum befahren wird. Zum feinen weißen 2 km langen Sandstrand sind es nur 700 m bis zur Ortsmitte ca. 1,5 km.

In a calm, safe and child-friendly area. A 110m2 apartment with plenty of space, toys, amenities and high ceiling. 4 bedrooms - 1 with a double bed, 1 with a pull out bed, 1 with a junior bed and 1 room with a loft. Perfect for 2-4 adults and 2-4 kids (6 in total).

Recommend mainly kids over 6 years though, due to stairs. We call it free exercise, though ; )
