For legal reasons, it is necessary to ask guests for their ID or passport number upon arrival. Very small room, tiny window, like its price, monastic cell. Apartment 1 minute from the "Colonia Jardín Metro" and five stations from the Center of Madrid, bright, comfortable, quiet, park or green area, "Casa de Campo", the Zoo, the Amusement Park, picnic areas, trails, etc., multicultural neighborhood with small food stores. Relax for 1 person

A room for one person. The bed is large. Close to Renfe station (3 minutes). The city center is only 2 stops by train (12 minutes). Terminal 4 airport is only 40 minutes away. Bed linen, towel, hot water, microwave, fridge. No cooking. No using the washing machine. ATTENTION! AFTER 10:00 PM I DO NOT ACCEPT GUESTS. To hand over the apartment keys, I wait until 10pm.
