Surface area of about 50 sqm, two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room/kitchen with a full-size sofa bed. It has a microwave oven, induction cooktop, large fridge and LED TV. It is located in a strategic point of the pass, 300 meters from the ski slopes and the center.

A paradise in the mountains: Pino apartment

"Pino Argentato" apartment on the ground floor of the "Casa di Dina", an elegant newly built villa. The environment is bright, well-equipped, comfortable and overlooks the outdoor garden, fully usable by guests. It has a private covered parking space. Excellent location, about 300m from the center and the main road, where the shops and clubs of the town are located, but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area.
