Building completely renovated in 2023, with thermal insulation and insulating windows, corridors and new entrance doors. Surface area of about 50 sqm, two bedrooms, a bathroom and living room/kitchen with a full-size sofa bed. It has a microwave oven, induction cooktop, large fridge and LED TV. It is located in a strategic point of the pass, 300 meters from the ski slopes and the center.
