Roku tv has Netflix, Hulu, Amazon. Kitchenette amenities, coffee and tea provided. YES, this studio has strong Wifi, able to support zoom work meetings. It is attached to the main house. Plenty of deck space outside of the condo and some amazing mountain views (Wheeler Peak - tallest in NM, can be seen from the bedroom)! 2 HUGE smart TVs (75" in the bedroom)!
