Half bathroom and full size washer/dryer also downstairs. Second level has 2 master bedrooms, both with king beds and exclusive bathrooms. Free shuttle to resort!!

Open loft concept, relax and unwind with friends or family anytime of the year. Enjoy the four person hot tub underneath the stars. Warm up in front of a nice cozy fire 🔥 Pet friendly. Half acre fenced in pet area. Please just keep in mind. This is a mountain property and it is very steep up the driveway recommend at least front wheel drive in the summer and four-wheel-drive in the winter road will be maintained, but can get slippery. Also, if conditions extreme, you may have to hike up & down

Charming Train Depot built in 1890

Enjoy a piece of railroad history! This train depot, built in 1890 was once located in Maxwell, New Mexico. This piece of history is beautifully refinished and is located in the country club addition of Raton. The nostalgic kitchen has the original writing on the walls, as the passengers went through and signed their names. The signatures are now kept behind plexiglass to preserve the handwriting.
