Enjoy your morning coffee in one of two outdoor living spaces, perfect for relaxing or gathering with family and friends. Inside is a split-level floor plan. The primary suite is tucked away from the other bedrooms for added privacy. Two guest bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while the dedicated home office has its own ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed & twin bunks. Bedrm #3 has full bed & access to outside. 2nd full bath is located in hallway off kitchen. The living room features a sleeper loveseat. The pergola has propane firepit & charcoal grill for outdoor dining. Outside you'll see horses grazing. This home located in very quiet rural area.

We are only minutes away from a coffee shop, Walmart, restaurants, antique stores, and Grove Hill Memorial Hospital. Also, Monroeville ( hometown of Harper Lee) is only 35 minutes away.
