Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Looking for a place to rest your head? This is a nice quiet spot located in Centre Hall just 15 minutes away from Penn State Campus and 18 Minutes away form the stadium. This is a private studio with it's own private entrance and space for your convenience. Walk to downtown centre hall and grab a slice from the delicious Brother's Pizza. The Peaceful Park Forest Cottage is a small stylish home (2 bed, 1 bath) located in the family friendly Park Forest neighborhood. The cottage is perfect for couples or small families. The house is close to restaurants and stores on N. Atherton, 10 minutes from PSU and downtown State College. Our house is NOT a party house and is a NO SMOKING/NO VAPING PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

This is the perfect place for the solo traveler or couples. The space includes a private entrance, one bedroom with a custom cherry desk space, wifi, large living area including a high top table with two chairs and a full bathroom.
