Access to the lake (Wangermeer) is available at all times via the private beach. The lake is a swimming lake, but is also suitable for sup riding. Opposite is also the indoor games world at the holiday village of Wangerland. To the North Sea (e.g. Caroliensiel, Hooksiel, Wilhelmshaven) or Jever about 15 minutes.

The Old Painter‘s House, Ferienhaus am Wasser

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Enjoy your privacy on the total of 2,500 square meters of land, which is enclosed as a peninsula from a private lake of about 1.3 hectares to two sides (own lake share is about 6,000 square meters) and that you do not have to share with anyone. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.
