Country living at it’s best. Quiet neighborhood for a quick morning run or cycle. The house sets off the main road with deer coming into the yard on occasion. The 600 sqft. Studio sets up high in the trees, with its own private entrance. No one will disturb you as you melt into a good book or head out early to fish or boat on Lake Conroe. Visitors can step back into Texas’ history and shop for antiques in the town of Montgomery, birth place of the Texas flag.

The house is close to plenty of sights and activities to pass the time- including City Centre, Memorial City Mall, Memorial Herman Hospital, and Walmart. It is also easier to get downtown and beat the Katy traffic- you drive down one quick road and you are on I-10. You’ll love my place because of the spacious living room and bedrooms and kitchen- good for large families and friend groups. The neighborhood is also relaxed and secure.
