Private suite in a daylight basement, sleeps 1-6 people. Entrance to the suite is through the garage. No stairs. Our neighborhood is quite and full of large trees & friendly people. We are located close to trails, a playground, dog parks, supermarkets & great restaurants. We are 3 miles from I-75 and 6 miles from Truist Park, the Battery, Dobbins ARB, Lockeed-Martin, & the Galleria. Downtown Atlanta is about 10-15 miles south. Located on exclusive Bishop Lake only 5 minutes to Marietta and Roswell. 9 miles to the Sandy Springs MARTA station and the Braves Battery is 7 miles away. Walkable restaurants and shopping in Roswell is less than a 5 minute ride. Rest and relax, this cozy cottage is your own. Enjoy an evening watching the sunset over the lake. It's super hot here in August, but I have lowered our rates to get you to stay for August!

You also have every major supermarket just minutes away from the apartment. Overall, everything is easily accessible from your location.

Private entrance to a lower level apartment with lots of natural light. A large bedroom with its own bath and TV. There is also a large living room with 55 “ TV and a gas fireplace. It comes equipped with a gas stove, microwave oven, and a small fridge. Safe off street parking is available. Pets are welcome for an additional cleaning fee. There is a large fenched in backyard to walk your pet or have them run freely.
