It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.
