Casa das Artes is a family home of Guillaume Pazat, Sandra Rocha who is a native and the parents of two children, Gabriel who is 9 years old and André who is 5 years old. The house was acquired on a visit in 2016 that was pure love at first sight. Since then and until the completion of the remodeling, made by the architect Nuno Malato, the work has become an investment of body and soul, clearly visible in the personal elements that are in the house. We have Fiber optic high speed internet.

Be Heritage

Located in Angra do Heroísmo, the holiday apartment "Sé Heritage" has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 95 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The holiday apartment features a private open terrace for relaxing evenings.

Casa do Miradouro - 2º

New house restored in 2018, keeping some details of the old villa. It's on the second floor of the house and the top floor. It has access by rear balcony to an outdoor patio, with laundry, outdoor shower, barbecue and use of garden furniture. From the backyard you can have a superb view over part of the city of Angra and the islands of S. Jorge and Pico. It is a T1 composed of a bedroom with large velux windows, bathroom, kitchen and common room.

Be ready to go up. Better to use backpack or small bag. Huge luggage is not good idea. We growing bananas, oranges, limes, avocados, guavas, papaya and coffee. Only 2 km from Angra do Heroismo.

UPDATE: we installed air condicioning in July of 2024. The apartment now has A/C in the living room and bedrooms. A 2-Bedroom modern apartment well equipped and located in a very central area in Praia da Vitória with a great view over the city.

Our space has a warm and calm atmosphere, with everything you need for a great stay. It is located in the center of the city, 1min walk from the beach and the main services. You can enjoy the historic center and nighttime entertainment at 500m.

Casa do Biscoito Bravo is a cosy accommodation close to the sea and several pedestrian trails. It is located in the parish of Biscoitos, Terceira island, overlooking the sea, a small garden with endemic, decorative and aromatic plants.
