Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). Direct S-Bahn connection to Berlin can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. The journey time with the S Bahn to the well-known sights such as the Brandenburg Gate and Potsdamer Platz is 25 minutes. Towels and bed linen are provided. Children are welcome guests. We are happy to provide a cot and baby chair on request.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Quiet granny apartment in designer house with terrace

The two rooms, 17 and 18 sqm with private entrance and private bathroom are very quiet, windows and terrace directly overlook a nature reserve. To the city border and bus stop it is 5 minutes. There are two buses to the S-Bahn station Zehlendorf. But you can also walk there in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very special due to old villas, cobblestones and lots of greenery. Nevertheless, the city is very close. There are plenty of parking spaces.

This unique place has a style all its own. Pretty remise with private garden and access to the communal pool. The guest house is suitable for 2, but no more than 3 people. It consists of an open living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with direct access to the private garden with a small terrace. From here, you can also go directly to the communal pool area. The bathroom is tiled in a modern style and has a floor-level shower.

The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.
