Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Waldrand ist von einem verwunschenen Garten umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus lädt eine hübsche Südterrasse zum draußen Sitzen ein. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen zum Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Sofa, das sich ausziehen lässt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

Brand-new one-bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished with private terrace. Close to amenities and public transport. Ideally located between Berlin and Potsdam. Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. Schönes kleines Haus über zwei Etagen in einer sehr ruhigen und grünen Gegend. Sie haben das ganze Haus für sich allein. Es gibt eine ausgestattete Küche mit einem angeschlossenen Esszimmer im Erdgeschoss. Oben ist das Schlafzimmer, ein kleines Wohnzimmer mit TV, sowie das Bad. Ebenso gibt es WLAN und eine Waschmaschine. Auf der Straße können Sie direkt vorm Haus kostenlos parken. Wir sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Portugiesisch und Spanisch. Wir freuen uns auf Sie! :-)

Heller, freundlicher und ruhiger Bungalow (ca. 65 m2, überdachte Terrasse). Euren Hund könnt ihr gerne mitbringen. WLAN vorhanden. Der Mix aus Natur, der Nähe zum BER und der Möglichkeit innerhalb von 30 - 40 Minuten mit Auto oder Bahn in die Berliner City zu gelangen, machen den Charme der Lage aus. Das Auto kann kostenfrei abgestellt werden. Die Gastgeber wohnen im vorderen Einfamilienhaus, so dass der persönliche Kontakt gesichert ist.

Quiet studio - quick to get to Berlin by public transport

Bright, friendly and quiet studio and extra bedroom with private terrace in a large garden. Ideally suited as a base for trips to Berlin and Potsdam. The train, bus and airport bus to BER are only about 350 meters away on foot. With the local transport ticket ABC, you can reach Potsdamer Platz in 13 minutes and Berlin Central Station in 16 minutes by train. Parking is available close to the property. Aldi is about 300 meters away.

Entire apartment in Teltow near Berlin

We rent a two-story, plus basement, complete apartment in the music district in Teltow. The apartment is about 81 sqm, very bright and friendly, parking is on the property and also on the street. A large terrace facing south can be reached directly through the living room. Transport connections to Berlin are within walking distance in about 15 to 20 minutes, shopping facilities are several in the vicinity. Please read the house rules.

Idyllic detached house with a small garden, for 2-5 guests who love to have quietly stay, with easy access to Berlin and Potsdam. You live in the quiet residential "Musikerviertel" ("District of musicians") in Teltow, a green oasis between Berlin and Potsdam. Towels and bed linen are provided. Information folder and brochures are in the house. Children are welcome guests. We provide baby cot and baby chair on request.

A supermarket is just behind the corner. Public transport as well. The bus goes directly to the U1 line, Silesian Gate or Treptow station. Key handover takes place approximately 4 km away from the apartment.

A small and very cozy apartment in the Nuthe-Nieplitz nature park with good connections to Potsdam and Berlin. The 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a semi-detached house, is 40 square meters, has been completely renovated, with a separate entrance, small terrace and beautiful view of the garden, which of course can be used.
