Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

The floating house is captured from a low angle, reflecting elegantly on the calm water surface. Its modern design features large windows, a shaded upper deck, and a spacious terrace, harmonizing with the serene surroundings under a clear blue sky.
