Due to the central and traffic-calming location, you can easily reach everything on beautiful paths in 3-5 minutes on foot: the picturesque old town with many cafes and restaurants, as well as the bakery or the well-stocked grocery store - everything is just around the corner! Beautiful hiking trails, a forest outdoor pool with sauna and the spa park are also in the immediate vicinity.

The former baker's shop became a charming "one-room apartment" in the heart of the village of Brochterbeck, very close to the festival town of Tecklenburg at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. The cottage is centrally located in the half-timbered town of Tecklenburg, but due to the location in a side street it is very quiet. Clay plaster walls ensure a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The city center, the open-air stage, the outdoor pool and a beautiful hiking area on the Hermannsweg are within walking distance.

To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. Or around to the left, for a leap into the city.
