One bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a kitchenette. Please note that there is no oven or cook top. The lounge has a heat pump for those brisk Taupo winters. Peaceful sheltered surroundings, relaxing environment, beautiful views of the Waikato river from bedroom window and the lounge. Everything you need for a great breakaway from a busy life. This is a studio across a courtyard from the main house which is a lovely villa set in a large formal rose garden on the banks of Waikato River. There is a good sized room with queen size bed and seating area plus en suite bathroom and kitchenette, and access to a barbecue. There is a Beauty Therapy clinic on the property. I am situated23 kms north of Taupo and so within easy travelling distance to Rotorua and all the volcanic plateau sights, plus the mountains of central North Island.

Location!!Location!!Location!! Our house has extensive, close stunning lake views, only 8 minutes (7 kms) drive into Taupo town. A car is necessary as we’re NOT in town! Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful 3 bedroom house surrounded by trees & bush and not in busy suburbia. Sleeps 5. Just across the road from the lake and 2 Bays. New ensuite bathroom and heat pump/air conditioner and new 55” Sony TV. We’ve had many return guests.
