Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das neu renovierte Apartment unter dem Dach hat 65 qm und verfügt über einen separaten Eingang in einem Einfamilienhaus. Die Treppe ist relativ steil. Es ist vollständig und neu eingerichtet. Auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner gehören zu dem Apartment. Die Anbindung ist sehr gut. Zum Bus sind es 4 Minuten und zur S-Bahn 11 Minuten (jeweils zu Fuß). Nach 20 Minuten Fahrt ist man in der Münchener Innenstadt

Enjoy "Gemütlichkeit" close to munich! Stay in our cosy town or take the suburban train (S 3) to reach munich-city without change in less than 20 minutes! Having your private sleeping, bathroom and kitchen its easy having a great time in bavaria. Highlight: your private sauna in your bathroom! The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.

You will be surrounded by forest and fields, but still you can arrive the city center in less than half an hour by train. We have recently renovated this beautiful old Bavarian house. Pets estra fee €10 pT. A wallbox can be used for a fee. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance all shopping, Friday weekly market regional offers, Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will feel comfortable in my lovingly furnished apartment.
