My lovingly, newly renovated, beautifully furnished, and attractive property is located in a well-maintained, quiet area in a beautiful Bavarian town south of Munich. Very good transport connection. Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family-friendly, pets €12 per day. Close to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping options, Friday farmers' market. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. You will love my beautiful place the location, green surroundings, nice quiet atmosphere.

The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

The top floor of our big house is a separate apartment and is accessible via the shared stairwell. With my three sons and my dog I live on the ground- and first floor.
