Annex central location, stairs.

Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. Delicious, small, cozy, newly built, non-smoking apartment/studio of high and clean standard with private entrance, suitable for 2 people. Modern, simple, Nordic decor with location on a quiet residential street within walking distance of trains, buses, Næstved city center, cafes, shopping and Næstved's new Arena. Suitable as a base for, e.g. business people, students or tourists who want to be in the city, see Copenhagen by train, but also close to the beach, golf, forest and history just outside. Parking on the street outside the residence.

Voted Denmark's Most Beautiful Cottage 2014

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Stay cozy in the countryside

Cozy accommodation at Flintebjerggaard, a recreational farm 12 km east of Næstved. Come and stay in our old farmhouse, where we have furnished a smaller home with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. From the kitchen/living room, there is access to the loft with a double sofa bed. From the living room, there is a view of the garden and chickens (rooster crowing may occur!), and access to a paved small terrace, which may be used by you - in the summer season, there is garden furniture. The property is open with fields and orchards around.

Cozy and central apartment with its own outdoor area.

The apartment is 55 m2 and contains a bedroom, kitchen/living room and bathroom. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that sleeps two and a dining area for four people. The kitchen has an oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bunk bed and access to the shared garden. From the bedroom, there is access to the bathroom with double sink, toilet, shower and washing machine. NOTE! Please note that an additional fee is payable for adults number three and four. Children are always free.

The old pigeon

Bring the whole family to this great place. The old dovecote has just been fully renovated after standing still for 35 years. It was in the late 1980s that the building stopped being used for pigeons and chickens, and today it is newly renovated with 80% recycled materials that should have been thrown out on construction sites, but which were instead used to build this fun little home. The home is located right in the center of Zealand and the islands, with a 1-hour drive to Copenhagen, among other places.

The little green well house

Small annex just behind our own house, the house has everything you need for a holiday, or an extended weekend. As the house is not large, we recommend the house for 2 people, with the possibility of bedding for an additional 2 people. You can park right in front of the white gate and it's free ;) 10 min walk to beach and forest. 20 min walk to cozy marina. There is a lovely cafe on the way to the harbor, here you can also buy ice cream. In addition, the city has 2 supermarkets, and a Pizza restaurant.

Idyllic in cozy Præstø, South Zealand

Cozy furnished annex of 39 m2 with separate bathroom. One-bedroom apartment containing double bed, sofa corner with TV with the possibility of 2 additional beds on the sofa (children), dining table space and kitchen with oven and refrigerator. The annex has been newly renovated with a gentle hand and we have tried to make it as cozy as possible. Also, outdoor nook when the weather permits. It is possible to buy breakfast if we are at home.
