Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep - trees, ferns and native birds are a feast for your eyes as you relax in your own private space. Quiet friendly complex of residents. Double glazed windows and air conditioning. Blockout curtains in the bedroom. Walk to Southern Cross Hospital and City Centre. 5 minutes to Waikato Hospital and Claudelands Showgrounds. The entire inside of the unit is private; there is no shared bathroom or kitchen. We have a shared driveway and pathway to the unit. 2 person maximum. Great river walk and park across the road.
