Shabby meets chic

separate self contained apartment within a large villa with a patio and large garden , 2 double bedrooms ( new mattresses on beds as I agree with some guests that say they were a bit firm and can’t seem to reply to the reviews!!)wardrobes , a bathroom and lounge/ kitchenette .Longer bookings may need washing done during your stay , I am happy to oblige or there are 2 launderettes and a dry cleaners near by. Devonport is an easy walk for cafes ,restaurants and ferry to the city or islands

Your home away from home - completely self-contained with own entrance. Close to cafes and restaurants on Jervois & Ponsonby Roads. Supermarket at the top of the road. Easy access to public transport to CBD & Newmarket, Zoo. Westhaven Marina is a scenic stroll away - or minutes away by car. Lovely Home Bay Beach is at the bottom of our road. One block away is Salisbury Reserve with kiddies playground. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families.

Our 2 bedroom unit was built in 2014 to create more space for our family, they have since left home and after spending several holidays here in New Zealand and overseas in Airbnb accommodation we decided share our home too. Our place is a private semi self contained home away from home with your own entrance, where we are only a phone call away should you need anything. Amenities, Takapuna shops restaurants/bars, buses/ferries, North Shore Hospital and motorway all close by. It has that beach feeling while being only a ten minute drive to central city. Please note that the space best accommodates x3 adults only if you’re willing to share the bedroom x1 queen bed and x1 single. Otherwise best for x2 adult with child configuration.
