Located on Devonport's Mt Victoria, surrounded by beautiful historic homes, MaisonMays is a self-contained, private apartment offering a light and peaceful setting with two outdoor garden dining areas, a king-sized bed, bath and a heating/cooling system for your comfort. Off-street parking available. Lock box on left hand side outside white gates at end of driveway. We say "Kia Ora" and are happy to greet our guests but agree to respect our guests' privacy if preferred. Centrally located in Devonport, a car is not necessary to enjoy the many delights around the neighbourhood. Walk up Mount Victoria to take in vistas of Auckland City or stroll to Torpedo Bay for a coffee and ice cream after visiting the Navy Museum. If wanting to travel farther afield, public buses can be found in central Devonport or at the Devonport Ferry Terminal, or perhaps a day trip to Waiheke Island, Rangitoto Island or Auckland City via Fuller's Ferries, departing regularly from Devonport Ferry Terminal. Comfortable private studio 2-3 min walk from beautiful Cheltenham beach and pleasant waterfront walk to Devonport village and ferry for Auckland city. Bifold doors open to garden. Sunny north easterly aspect. Walk to North Head reserve in 1 min for views of whole of Auckland. Quiet,secluded location. Down a right of way so no traffic noise. Kitchenette equiped with microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge and small hob.

Studio 16 is a self contained modern light filled space perfect for a couple. It is open plan in design with bedroom, lounge and kitchenette in one. An Air Conditioning unit is in this area. The separate bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower. There is also a spacious walk in wardrobe with ample room for your suitcases. A washing machine is in this area. This is a smoke and pet free property.

The Boat House - absolute waterfront serenity

Absolute waterfront as-close-as-you-can-get to the sea and coastal wildlife - offering privacy, serenity, sunshine and stunning sunsets... Very close to amenities - including golf courses, beaches, cafes, and Auckland's CBD. The Boathouse is for the pleasure of booked guests - not to entertain friends and family - there are many venues in the area we are happy to recommend.
