The house with this apartment is already 150 years old and has retained its historic charm: inside with timber-framed construction, rustic floorboards, clay walls and of course with the original house entrance door. The Oderland hiking trail runs directly in front of the property and in one kilometer you can also reach the 66 lakes hiking trail.

Nearby is a bus stop, the bus to the center runs hourly. The Eberswalde Zoo is about 10-minute walk away.
