This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Living and dining area with kitchenette, bedroom with double bunk bed for 4 people, shower, toilet and large veranda available At Lake Großer Wukensee there are both wild swimming spots and a beach with a restaurant. The bungalow is located in the garden of our residential building in a quiet residential area. The place is simple and good for a small family.
