Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

There is a propane gas grill in the backyard, a public pool is a walking distance away. The house is minutes away from Bluffton Old Town , 11 miles away from Hilton Head Island heading to the beaches.

Casula Solis

This is CASULA SOLIS!! Coming to you from the same owners as the CASITA :) Very unique stay with every amenity imaginable including a small 6' x 6' inground salt water dipping pool hot tub and fire pit! Very private 1 bedroom with king bed. I will even cook meals for an extra cost and plenty of heads up. I can send a breakfast/dinner menu upon request yum :)
