Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The apartment has everything you need and is perfect for holidays and as a base for your experiences. There are many experiences nearby and it is only 35 minutes from Copenhagen and 20 minutes to Roskilde and Holbæk. There is a small garden where you can barbecue and play games. Gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with a NEW double bed (160 cm) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the ship's bunks. Remember your fishing rod. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

Take the train directly to the festival square, several departures per hour to Copenhagen and good bus connections to the many scenic areas around Roskilde. The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in a double bed. As a rule, it is rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.

Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
