Family-friendly and charming house on a very quiet street in a unique neighborhood. The house is spacious and has a private garden with a sunny terrace. A great place to enjoy the tranquility after a day of experiences. It is a small oasis with plenty of space for relaxation and coziness, only 4 metro stops from the heart of Copenhagen. Not far from the house is also Amager beach and Royal Arena. You will be joined by Murphy, our sweet cat, who would like to be fed once a day. There is easy free parking about 150 meters from the house.

You can live in this private, modern and charming aparment, close to the airport ( 3 km - 5 min. Car ), with your own entrance, and key box for easy check-in. From 1 to 4 persons. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room with a sleeping couch, and a modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The bathroom is renovated and new. The apartment is 80 m2 and in the lower part of the house, totally separated and quiet. There is a beautiful courtyard with table and chairs where you can enjoy your privacy.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The nearest metro is Sundby Metro Station from where Copenhagen city centre is only four stops away (Kgs. Nytorv Metro Station) Located close to Bella Center, the highway and Fields in quiet surroundings. The place is decorated with a new bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom (living room) in Dec 2021 and looks brand new. Kitchen contains dishes, fridge/freezer, oven and hobs. Possibility of parking at no extra cost.
