No children between 10 months and ten years old. Cozy, tons of deck. Very simple home, but with the basics and lots of light and charm. I live in a separate flat at the end of the driveway but often the guests don't see me at all. No dishwasher. Please be sure that your initial message tells me something about your group other than the fact that you will be visiting the area. Thx. No pets or additional guests without prior written consent.
