5 bedroom house, all with sea views & en-suite shower or bath facilities (one kingsize bedroom, two doubles & two twins). Able to accommodate a large family or multiple groups. Spacious lounge, separate dining room with garden view, which has two dining areas. Additional 2nd floor internal seating area with view of sea and the lighthouse. Toppesfield Vineyard has a contemporary ‘Scandi-style villa’ with a large open plan lounge/dining area, a giant picture window overlooking Toppesfield Vineyard and full height glass sliding doors looking out onto a beautiful garden/ private patio with a large outside dining table and a luxurious day bed. It has two luxury bedrooms with superking beds; both bedrooms have views over the vineyard and new, luxury bathrooms. There is a small, fully equipped kitchen, tennis court and 4 person jacuzzi.

Architectural 5 bedroom house in woodland setting

Woodbridge lodge is an award winning architectural house built as an extension to a 19th century folly. The house is spacious with 2 living room areas 4 double bedrooms and a smaller single/ double bedroom in the folly. It can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 4 children. There are skylights throughout the house so you can see the stars from your bed but it also means that you get awaken with day light. We recently had major work done to fix some issues with water/ heating and windows.

Closing temporarily in August 2025 for family return and expansion. Back by 2030!! Substantial 5/6 (6 = log cabin)+ 2 * sofa bed (snug/lounge = 8) detached house in rural location surrounded by farmland. Private heated Indoor/Outdoor pool, Hot Tub and own Woodland set in 1.5 acres with summerhouse and fire-pit. Inglenook fire place. Sky TV. SuperFast StarLink broadband. Due to charges from electrics company pool temp is capped at 26 degrees. You can buy more celsius enquire within.

One of 3 luxury lodges nestled within the Cherry Orchard. The lodge sleeps 4 people with lovely views, its own private hot-tub, large decking area, outside seating & sun loungers. The lodge is well equipped with everything you need, including coffee machine, smart TV ,large fridge freezer with water & ice dispenser, barbeque , pizza oven and outdoor fire pit .About a 20 min walk into Hadleigh, which has a selection of pubs and restaurants.
