Sibton Park

Built in the early 19th century (1840) and now painstakingly restored and authentically furnished, Sibton Park is a stunning 13-bedroom venue, with orangery and commercial kitchen. The orangery has the capacity to seat up to 150 guests, making it perfect for weddings, corporate events or large family and friends’ get togethers. The formality of the ground floor reception rooms contrasts with the modern-day party pad that lives in the basement.

Walled Garden

Resting against the north-facing wall are what look like three huge neo classical glasshouses, but you’ll quickly discover there’s more to them than meets the eye. From the vaulted glass ceiling of the dining area to the cinema, games room, huge kitchen and beautiful stone fireplaces, these air conditioned greenhouses provide open plan living at its best — cinema room, games room, huge kitchen, sauna and hot tub are fertile for fun.

Cartshed

Converted with craft and care, The Cartshed has been transformed from one of the original estate’s essential working buildings into a light-filled family bolthole. Sliding glass walls, spectacular views over a vast parkland and nearby lake ensure weekends filled with glorious memories.

Owl Cottage

Owl is one of our most secluded lost cottages sitting in a thick wood and on its own lake (with a row boat and paddle board), it’s the ideal romantic retreat set in Suffolk’s wonderful rolling countryside 2 hours from London and a few miles from the beach at Southwold.

Farmhouse

Lovingly restored and lavished with luxury, The Farmhouse is one of our most iconic properties. Low oak beamed ceilings, an inglenook fireplace, spacious family kitchen and dreamy en suite bedrooms welcome up to 12 guests into a haven of high quality, homespun comfort.

The Cider House

A six-bedroom, traditional Suffolk cottage, The Cider House, one of our new spa houses, is full of luxurious features. Freestanding copper baths, a heated swimming pool and deep-filled sofas set a tone of relaxation, indulgence and country living.

The Grange

The Grange is a generously proportioned, seven-bedroom farmhouse with open living and dining areas, private outdoor pool, open fire, hot tub, treatment room, steam and sauna.
