A modern, cosy garden studio on the edge of the Cotswolds, in the heart of the Vale of Evesham. Cheltenham, Worcester & Stratford Upon Avon are just a short drive away, making this is the perfect retreat without paying expensive Cotswold prices. The studio is built to the highest of standards at the bottom of my landscaped garden & includes underfloor heating, new furniture and basic cooking facilities. It also has a private garden area making it the perfect place to relax whatever the season.

Our luxury 2 bedroom holiday home is right next to the River Avon, with over a mile of free fishing, a launch pontoon for kayaking, SUP or even wild swimming! Beautiful well cared for sites with restaurant, crazy golf, play area, crown bowling green and a short walk or drive into historic Stratford upon Avon. Double glazed with central heating, main bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The sofa is also a small double bed, making this a 6 berth. Parking bay is at the side of the home.

Field End Contemporary rural barn

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.
