Newly renovated and tastefully decorated apartment in turn-of-the-century apartment. Here you are close to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice skating rink, ski tracks on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. Cost is added for electric car charging (type 2 connector 16A), towels and bed linen. Cleaning is done by the tenant before checkout. Cleaning equipment is available. Permantet accommodation host family lives upstairs but has separate entry. Well met.

Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.

Nice charming apartment in older farmhouse with walking distance to center. 2nd 64 m2 suitable accommodation for 2-4 persons. Bed in bedroom 160 cm, sofa bed in living room 140 cm. Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly as well as hot water need to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Extra electric elements are available. Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
