Close to nice mountain trails, well-prepared training trails, illuminated trails, ski slopes, ski rental, hotel and restaurant, bar, pool, gym. In Undersåker, 8 km from the cottage, there is a railway station, ICA Nära. Åre 20 km.

The mountain cabin has two apartments, the right is occupied by a family with children, and can sometimes be heard through. It is older standard but has everything needed; fridge/freezer, drying cabinet, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, TV, wifi, sleeps 4 in bed as well as 1 sofa bed, toilet and shower with water heater. It is rented with self-catering and self cleaning and you are expected to leave it in the same good condition as you found it in. Consumables such as soap, dish detergent, toilet paper and cleaning products are available. Please bring towels and sleeping sheets.

With 10 minutes drive to Östersund(bike 25 min, bus 15 min) is our villa in rural Ås. Åsbygden has a fantastic view of Storsjön and the mountains. Lovely porch with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and spices. Child friendly. In km to swimming area and nice ski tracks in winter. In the basement floor there are two bedrooms(cool hot days) and sauna/relaxation. Access to bike, skateboard, unicycle, canoe, club games, and ping pong table etc. In winter, there are kicks, snowracer and mattress.

Ski In/ Ski out in Gräftåvallens ski system as well as about 15 minutes to Sweden's fifth largest ski system in Bydalen and just over the hour to Sweden's best and largest ski system in Åre. In Gräftåvallen houses Sweden's largest ski club and directly adjacent to the cabin there are 45 km of prepared ski tracks. In the cabin there is everything needed for a ski holiday with large living areas, fireplace and sauna.

Welcome to this newly built mountain cabin near downhill ski slopes, cross-country trails and hiking. It is possible to walk or ski to and from the slope when there is snow in the terrain. You will find the Storhogna trail center right nearby. Storhogna is well known for its cross-country skiing opportunities. Snowmobile trails are also nearby. Summer, autumn and spring, when the ski slope is closed, there are magnificent nature experiences and lots of activities nearby.
