Small house near the stadium and city

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Bryggstuga on the vicarage

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Move into the old school cafeteria where the church's students had their school lunch during the day in the 40s and 50s. The wood stove that crackles in the kitchen is the same one on which the mother cooked lunch. She lived upstairs and we offer her kitchen with adjacent bedroom and bathroom. Quiet and peaceful in the old timber building. Outside, you can enjoy mountain views or visit Frösön's beautiful church, which is next to the vicarage where the host couple live with their dogs and cats.

Make new memories in this unique and family-friendly space. Newly renovated summer cottage in our farmhouse in Offerdal. It is close to mountains, forest and lakes. There are many cozy excursions to explore. On the farm, there are also cows, horses and cats. In the summer, cozy coffee is available to visit within walking or biking distance. Nice swimming areas, fishing waters, berries and mushroom forests can be found nearby. We provide quilts & pillows. Bed linens bring the guest themselves or rent from us for 60 SEK/set

Newly renovated cozy guest cottage. Bathroom with underfloor heating, kitchen, living room with (140 cm) sofa bed and sleeping loft with double bed. Bedlinen and towels are included. Lockbox is available for smooth check-in and check-out. Close by car to skiing, cycling, fishing and other mountain activities. About 20-30 minutes by car to: Åre, Tegefjäll, Duved, Huså, Trillevallen and Edsåsdalen. About 45-60 minutes by car to: Östersund, Bydalen, Ottsjö, Vålådalen, Storlien, Anjan and Kolåsen.

The property is next door to Östersundstravet, 800 meters to Storsjöbadet and camping and about 1 km to Lillänge shopping center. Duvet covers, pillows and cleaning equipment are available. Please bring your own bedding. Please let us know in advance if you would like to rent bed linen and towels (SEK 50/person).

Cosy log cabin with 5 beds. Walking distance to grocery store, lake swimming/fishing, forest trails and buses/trains to Åre/Östersund. Kitchen facilities, shower and dry toilet. Steep stairs to upper floor, not suitable for small children, elderly or disabled people. The cabin is situated on a small farm in the village of Nälden. You might be woken up by the sound of a rooster, horses or our bees. 70 km (1 h drive) from Åre, 30 km (30 min drive) from Östersund. Welcome to Lornsgården 🌞

Special feature: A kennel complex with 4 large kennels (3-4 dogs each) can be booked! Parking is available just outside the house, outlets for engine heaters. Electric car chargers are available for an extra fee. Cleaning for extra charge.

Från lägenheten är det nära till sjön och skogen med fina promenadstigar. Du tar dig centrala Östersund bäst med bil, det ca 10 minuter.

Cabin next to lake, including bed linens.

Many who have stayed with us point out the calm/quiet. We also have a babbling brook that flows next to the cottage that creates a soothing sound that our guests have pointed out and like. WiFi is available in the cabin. Cottage located on our house with nice location 15 min drive from Östersund. The cottage has 2 single beds (see photos) and a sofa bed. Private kitchen, shower/toilet. Floor heating. Parking in our driveway.

Cozy cottage by the Great Lake

Cozy cottage really close to the Great Lake, situated in a small villa neighborhood near Östersund, the cute little gastronomy town amongst the mountains. A heaven for foodies and sporties. The cottage is located in our yard, twenty meters from the main house and thirty meters from the lake. The property is fenced in and we have loose friendly dogs in the yard. Car is required.
