Very central in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two kids or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with a resident and therefore quietness after 22.00 is a requirement. No parties!!

Outside, there are trails and paths for running, biking and cross-country skiing and a newly built outdoor gym. With us, the details are carefully selected with remote-controlled curtains from Luxaflex, details from Klong and Superfront and kitchen equipment from e.g. Global, Dualit, Le Creuset and Zwilling

Here you have proximity to the city, beautiful nature trails, ice rink, ski trails on the lake. 10 minutes drive to the airport and 2.5 km into the city center by car, bike or nice walking paths. There is an additional cost for electric car charging (type 2 contact 16A), towels and bed linens. Cleaning is done by the tenant before check-out. Cleaning equipment is available. Permanent resident host family lives upstairs but has a separate entrance. Welcome.

Nice charming apartment in older farmhouse with walking distance to center. 2nd 64 m2 suitable accommodation for 2-4 persons. Bed in bedroom 160 cm, sofa bed in living room 140 cm. Smoke-free & animal-free, not allergy sanitized. Floors can feel chilly as well as hot water need to be flushed about 3 minutes before it arrives. Existing radiators are usually lukewarm, if needed there are extra electric heating element. Bed linen, bathroom towels, towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner are included. Check-in via lockbox.

Come and live in an own appartment in a house from the 19th century. It has one bedroom, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and own entrance. We have beds for 4 persons but extrabeds can be provided. It is located in Lit about 20 km north of Östersund with a 3 min walk to busses directly to Östersund's Arena and Östersund city. By car it is a 20 min ride. Sheets and bath towels can be rented.
